TotalCare launched a new concept Night Care Center for demented elder Our professional and experienced nursing staff provides assessment, cognitive and orientation training for dementia patients with wandering behavior and sleep problems.
 
Through playing natural rhythm music, soft lighting and aromatherapy would help demented elders feel relaxed in order to rest better at night. This service not only help elderly better cope with their disease but also alleviate the stress of dementia patient's family.
 

Target group

  • Elderly 50 years old or above
  • Elderly with cognitive impairment
  • Elderly who are suitable for communal living

  • Nursing care service
  • Help regulate daily living and sleeping routine
  • Nursing assessment and individual care plan
  • Counseling support and training to carers

Opening Hours

  • Monday to Wednesday: 9:00pm-9:00am (except public holiday)
  • We will extend the opening hours depending on the service need

  • Senior nurses and social workers from Haven of Hope Christian Service to conduct mild cognitive impairment assessment and give a detailed explanation of the assessment result
