TotalCare - Solutions for Aged Care

TotalCare - Solutions for Aged Care is a service specially designed for the frail elderly with chronic illness and are living in the community. We provide home care medical and rehabilitation service as well as solutions to improve the quality of chronic illness care for the home stay elders.

TotalCare commenced service in April 2009 and it is one of the services managed by Haven of Hope Christian Service. To respond to the aging population and with the experience the Haven of Hope has, TotalCare is going to fill the service gaps of the elderly care service in the society.

Service Philosophy

We believe that elderly with chronic illness can also have a quality and enjoyable life;
We aim at providing different solutions especially home care medical and nursing care to the elderly in the community;
We aim at encouraging the elderly to take active involvement in managing their chronic illness. We will also provide access for the elderly to the health care resources in the community.

Professional Team

We have a team of expertise including geriatric doctors, geriatric nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists etc who has experience in Geriatric field.
